Moelleux au chocolat aux noix

This big classic is very tasty and very simple to make. If you choose to bake it on a baking sheet instead of the ramekins, it will have the texture of brownies.

Both the recipe and the picture are from here.

Ingredients for 6 people

200 g of dark chocolate
150g unsalted butter
50g flour
50g of walnuts
4 eggs
150g brown sugar
A pinch of salt

Preparation

Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F)

Melt the chocolate with two tablespoons of water in a saucepan. Melt the butter as well. Crash the walnuts. Beat the eggs with the brown sugar in a bowl. Add the melted butter and keep beating. Add the flour, the melted chocolate, the walnuts and a pinch of salt, then mix it well.

Butter the ramekins and add sugar: make sure the sugar coats the butter. Divide the batter in them.

Baking

Bake the moelleux for 15-20 minutes on 180°C (350°F). Wait 10 minutes before turning them out from the forms.
